Best and cheapest way to clear land?

Hi. I have 0 experience on landscaping and never did anything but cut grass or small bushes in my life, but recently i acquired a 0.5 acres land and im interested in clearing it myself.
I dont have any kind of tools for the job or know anybody close to my area that can help so i dont mind taking months or a year to do it since i want to develop a small house, and it will be a nice way to spend time with myself on a new project.
So ill ask, what do you recommend to a person on my situation? What would you do if you want to take a project like this by yourself? What tools or what kind of heavy equipment you would rent ?
Btw, theres lots of bushes and grass at least 4 feet high and like 30 / 40 trees from 20 to 30 feet high.
Top Comment: Rent a brush-hog for the brush. For the trees, you’ll need a big chainsaw, but absolutely learn how to properly fell a tree before you fire that thing up, and wear all your PPE. Trees will kill you fast if you don’t know what you’re doing, as will chainsaws.
FS19: Can't cut my downed trees if I'm not on my land.

I can understand not being allowed to log on land that you don't own. But it's ridiculous that the way this was implemented is that you can't use your chainsaw (other than to cut trash limbs) on any tree, including your own, if you're not on your land.
Now I'm stuck with a large tree half-way in the bio-gas plant that is too big to fit, and can't be cut.

What land(s) do I cut for fetch lands?

So i recently finally came across a few fetch lands that I can slam into my main decks but now I’m facing a problem. What land do I cut in order to fit it? I know it will need to be the same color (a scalding tarn will replace a U, R, or UR mana source) but should I cut a basic land or a dual land (non original) or maybe a land like evolving wilds? I’m just not sure, all I know is that it needs to be in my deck!
Top Comment: First I'd cut anything that comes in tapped so as you said evolving wilds is a great start. Then I'd cut basics and something like [[myriad landscape]] if you're running it.

How/why exactly was the Land of Shadow cut off from the Lands Between?

I can't seem to wrap my head around this relatively simple question, does anyone know the answer?
I mean, I know that it occurred in the process of Marika's rise to 'godhood', but how and why?

Top Comment: When Marika ascended to godhood, she removed Destined Death from the Elden Ring and made herself and her children next to immortal. The state of the Elden Ring has been shown to be reflective of the Lands Between, as the lands became fractured and broken when Marika broke the Ring itself. What if when she removed Destined Death from the Ring and sealed it within Maliketh, the Land of Shadow then became removed from the Lands Between and hidden beneath the veil? After her home village was destroyed by the Hornsent and she retaliated with Messmer and his reign of vengeance, she likely would associate those lands with little but Death and Grief.
What is the best way to cut/paste a piece of land into a new world?

After a long break i'm wanting to start playing Minecraft again. I'd love to start building right away, but I don't want to start a build in 1.7 and have to abandon it with 1.8 on the horizon. (The changes are just too good and too many to not start a new world.) What would be the best way to go about cutting out the chunks that i build on and just plopping them into a fresh 1.8 when its released?

Hope this helps! As of right now there is no way to copy and paste chunks between worlds using only minecraft, so using this program is the only way.
Cop Land (1997) - Sly Stallone’s most nuanced performance

Last night I watched James Mangold’s, “Cop Land”. This police-crime thriller about a town that for the majority of its population holds police families, stars Sylvester Stallone, Robert De Niro, Harvey Keitel, and Ray Liotta. Despite the star-studded cast, it’s Stallone who shines the most as a town sheriff stuck in a rut and in order to perform this role he had to put on 40 pounds. This film definitely does not receive the proper love today, and looking back I wish Stallone received an Oscar nomination for his work.

Cop Land is so fucking good. Stallone is incredibly subdued, which is something you just don't get to see too often. Easily one of his best performances. Great ensemble cast who all get to shine at least a bit.
I really enjoy noir, gangster/crooked cop and western movies, and this has little bit of all of them.
I always find it baffling at how relatively unknown this movie is, considering the cast.
And I didn't realize until this moment when I looked it up that it was directed by James Mangold, of Logan and Walk the Line fame.

Hi, i was just wondering is there a mod or a hack that allows to harvest trees from any ware of the map in farming simulator 19? I really like just cutting down trees and selling them for cash, but in fs19 the game don't allow to cut trees if you don't own the land :(.

How to I get resources after I cleared my farm land?

I am new to the game and I started my first game ever a few days ago. I was wondering where I get all the resources from in the future, after I cut down all the trees, grass and rocks from my farm land? Will they just spawn again?

They will respawn eventually. For wood, you can replant the trees you’ve cut down, and there are some more trees elsewhere such as down in the forest (just past the bottom of the farm). For stone, you can go down the mines after day 5
